To foster love of the House of God and to labor for its proper adornment and cleanliness; to take care of the immediate needs of the altar and to supply the necessities of the sacristy and; to enjoy spiritual and social activities as members of our organization.
This ministry is open to anyone--man or woman-- willing to run a weed eater or push a mower. We trim St. Mary’s Cemetery, the Catholic portion of Highland Park Cemetery
Cub Scouts - Cub Scouting (1st to 5th grades) activities encourage character development, physical coordination, family unity, and enthusiasm for learning.
Boy Scouts - Boy Scouting (late fifth grade through 17 years old) encourages boys to expand and test their personal initiative, courage, and resourcefulness.
Each December the church is decorated with lovely lighted Christmas trees. Volunteers are needs to help assemble and fluff the trees as well as take them down in January. Decorating usually occurs on a weekday morning.

The Communications Committee is a new committee in our parish and helps the Communications and Marketing Coordinator to provide the best communication possible.
The Facilities Committee consults with, advises, and supports the Director of Finance and Custodial/Maintenance Supervisor regarding the planning for ongoing parish, school, and St. Pius X maintenance
Volunteers sign up to regularly maintain and pull weeds in a landscaped area or to participate with the occasional work day.
The Development Committee assist Directors with coordinating the extraordinary fundraising activities and cultivation of potential donors to our parish schools.
